Simon Crownshaw has held the position of Worldwide Media and Entertainment Director at Microsoft for the last four years. In this capacity, he provides leadership, guidance, and strategy to teams involved in studios, broadcasting, sports, experiences and live events, as well as the solutions that support these areas. His role encompasses assisting numerous global clients in leveraging Microsoft’s capabilities to enhance media workflows, with a particular focus on media cloud adoption and the integration of critical data and AI technologies poised to transform content creation and delivery in the future.

Jamie Duemo is the Founder Partner of Dynadue Technology Partners, providing global technical consulting services for Digital Supply Chains, Live Production, Broadcast, AI/ML and Streaming workloads.
Starting initially as an operator at a PBS affiliate, she volunteered for every project possible. And, as it often does, one opportunity continually evolved into other opportunities. Over the past 28 years, Jamie led major technical and operational transformations at multiple media companies such as Warner Bros Discovery, Comcast, and Paramount (on-premise and in Cloud). Prior to launching her current company, Jamie served as the Global Innovation Leader at Amazon Web Services where she combined her technical expertise with her business acumen to make significant contributions within the industry.
Jamie Dunn

Jamie Dunn is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Vorstand of Lawo AG. Dunn joined Lawo in 2011 and served as Chief Commercial Officer from 2019 to 2024 before being appointed Vorstand and Deputy CEO in 2024.
Previously, Jamie spent a decade at Studer Audio (Harman), working in the US and Switzerland.
He started his career as a sound engineer in London, and then spent six years travelling the world, working with world-famous musicians as a classical recording engineer.
Jamie earned a BMus, Music and Sound Recording (Tonmeister) from Surrey University, UK. He currently resides in Switzerland.

Mary Ann Halford is an internationally recognized media and entertainment operator, advisor, entrepreneur and board director.
Mary Ann’s roots are in the international television production and distribution business, having held business development roles at independents and building the Fox International Channels Group from the Fox Latin American Channels Group.
She has also advised many of the world’s leading media and entertainment companies, broadcasters and private equity investors investing in the industry through her positions at FTI Consulting and Altman Solon and as an independent advisor. In addition, Mary Ann is known for her expansive global network of media and entertainment executives, sports professionals, entrepreneurs and investors. She is a frequent moderator and panelist at global industry events.
Mary Ann has also been an entrepreneur, having been a Co-Founder of North American Midway Entertainment and an initial advisor to Saavn, the South Asian Streaming Service, which is now owned by Jio.
Over the last twenty plus years, Mary Ann has also been an active Board Director. Past board experiences include Triton Digital (which is now owned by iHeartMedia Inc.), Vinco Ventures and Verve SE. Today she serves on the boards of Cineverse and Eightco Holdings. She is also an Executive in Residence with Progress Partners and an Advisor-in-Residence with The Project X Initiative.

Anil Jain is the Global Managing Director for Strategic Industries GTM at Google Cloud, with responsibilities spanning Media, Gaming, Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods industries. A veteran of the technology industry, Jain is focused on helping organizations digitally transform the way they run their businesses through the application of AI, data and cloud-based innovation to deliver new consumer experiences.
Before joining Google, Jain was the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Brightcove’s global media business, where he oversaw the end-to-end business, spanning product strategy, solutions development, marketing, partnerships and sales. He has worked with startups and enterprises in over 75 countries. Prior to Brightcove, Anil was the Senior Vice President of Corporate and Business Development for Unicorn Media, an innovative dynamic advertising and streaming technology startup. In this role, he negotiated key customer deals, established winning technology partnerships, raised capital and eventually architected the sale of the company to Brightcove in 2014.
Anil holds an M.S. Technology & Policy and an M.S. Materials Science & Engineering from M.I.T., and a B.S. Ceramic Engineering from Alfred University.

Adrian Koziol is a senior technology leader at Rogers Sports & Media who has spent the last decade building the software platforms that modernize broadcast operations. Joe Kessler

Joe Kessler is the Global Head of United Talent Agency’s IQ division, which analyzes third-party data and leverages proprietary tools and predictive analytics to deliver actionable intelligence to agents, executives, and clients across UTA’s practice areas.
In leading this new UTA group, Kessler brings decades of research and consumer insights experience within the entertainment industry and beyond. From 2009 through 2014, he was president of The Intelligence Group (IG), a division of Creative Artists Agency and publisher of the Cassandra Report, the iconic on-going study of youth behavior and attitudes. IG provided audience insights, data and strategic counsel to artists, athletes, and media and entertainment companies such as Fox, Sony, Disney and IMAX, and top brands like Red Bull, Adidas and Microsoft, and provided strategic intelligence and analysis for incubated startups and venture investments. Following the acquisition of IG by Engine Group USA, Kessler was CEO and president of youth marketing agency Noise, and after that was president of Deep Focus, one of the fastest growing digital agencies in the world. In this role, he oversaw several key functions that provided research, planning, analytics, social media strategy and account services to clients such as Unilever, Intel and Nestle. Earlier on, Kessler was a senior partner at SS+K, an award winning integrated marketing communications agency that, among its many accomplishments, served as then-candidate Barack Obama’s youth outreach agency of record during the run up to the historic 2008 national elections—lauded as an early exemplar for how campaigns can leverage research and data-driven insights to engage targeted constituencies effectively.
Mike Kralec

Mike Kralec joined Sinclair Broadcast Group in 2000 and was named SVP and Chief Technology Officer in March 2022.
Previously, he was VP, Technical Operations and Deputy CTO. Prior to that, he served as Director, Data Systems Development, Systems Development Manager, and Software Developer.
Mr. Kralec received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Towson University and his Master of Business Administration from Loyola University Maryland. He is a veteran of the United States Navy.
Daniel Lawson

Daniel Lawson is the Senior Vice President of Global Solutions in the Verizon Business Group (VBG). In this role, he is responsible for leading the primary technology practice areas and GTM motions that make up the VBG portfolio. This includes Cybersecurity, Connected Experiences, and High Density Networking as well as Complex Deal Executives, Global Technology Partners, Pre-Sales Solution Architects, and Engineers to drive revenue & enable growth across Global Enterprise & Public Sector through opportunity ownership, solution design and thought leadership. Global Solutions serves as the voice of the market, the customer and the field back into the Verizon ecosystem.
In his previous role as Vice President of Solutions Architecture, Daniel drove results, customer relationships, and thought leadership within Verizon’s US-based Enterprise and Public Sector segments by leading a unified team of engineers and architects working across the VBG portfolio to deliver technology-enabled outcomes that were critical to our customers’ organizational objectives. During earlier leadership roles over 20+ years with Verizon, Daniel has led the Signature client segment SA’s; run the Network, Applications, and Innovation team; supported private and public sector customers; the financial, manufacturing, and healthcare industries; and many internal initiatives. Daniel is an active supporter of local Dallas charities benefitting the American Heart Association and Alzheimer’s research. A trailblazing entrepreneur, he revolutionized podcast storytelling with critically acclaimed hits like Dr. Death, Dirty John, WeCrashed, and Dying for Sex, which were later adapted into high-profile TV series. Hernan’s vision helped define the modern audio landscape, pioneering immersive, cinematic storytelling that captivated millions of listeners worldwide.
Before launching Wondery, Hernan scaled and led Fox International Channels, a $3 billion division of Fox (now Disney), overseeing the launch of hundreds of entertainment and documentary television channels, production studios, and digital extensions across the globe. He also served as CEO and later board member of National Geographic Channels International, shaping its global expansion and content strategy.
A recognized thought leader, Hernan has spoken at Cannes Lions, CES, and SXSW, sharing insights on media trends, digital transformation, and the evolving attention economy. Brinton Miller

As Executive Vice President, Media Technology & Operations, Brinton Miller is responsible for WBD’s global media engineering and operations functions supporting Live Production, Post Production, Broadcast, Distribution and Content Publishing. Miller works closely with WBD’s News, Sports, Network, Studios and Digital leadership teams to develop WBD’s strategic technology plans, investments, and implementations.
Warner Bros. Discovery, a premiere global media and entertainment company, was founded in April 2022, when Discovery merged with WarnerMedia.
Previously, Miller was responsible for the Media Engineering and Operations teams at Discovery’s domestic production and broadcast facilities.
Miller holds a Master of Science from George Washington University’s School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from Lehigh University. He is based at Warner Bros. Discovery’s CNN offices in Washington DC.
Hobbies – Foodie, Robotics, Watchmaking, and I collect so many things I won’t try to list them all. In addition, I’m heavily involved in a non-profit I co-founded called the David’s Harp Foundation.
Grant Nodine

Grant Nodine serves as Senior Vice President of Technology at the National Hockey League. Since 1999, he has led the design and deployment of the league’s technology infrastructure, including systems supporting NHL.com and the websites of all 30 NHL teams. His work has included digital content distribution, video transmission, archival and streaming systems, arena and broadcast technology, and large-scale infrastructure supporting league operations and media workflows.
Vince Pizzica

Vince has a distinguished track record in the businesses around Media and Entertainment technology, most notably at Technicolor. Amongst many roles at Technicolor, he led the company through a difficult restructuring in 2008-2011 as the head of Corporate Development and Strategy. As CTO of Technicolor, he led research and product innovation, generating substantial revenue for the company. His successes include collaborations around patent portfolio acquisition by Interdigital (from Technicolor) and the licensing of high dynamic range (HDR) technologies to various consumer electronics companies in a separate venture. Along the way he led P&L for businesses in IP licensing and media delivery. His teams have undertaken over 30 M&A transactions including setting up a Corporate VC in the Bay Area.
Prior to Technicolor, Vince held senior executive positions at Alcatel and Telstra.
Currently, Vince runs an advisory business, assisting startups and established businesses with operational and investment strategies.
Mahesh Ramachandran

Before joining Reuters in 2007 as the Head of Architecture, News Technology, Mahesh accrued a decade of experience at the ANZ Banking group, where he held key roles in the Investment Banking and Corporate Finance divisions, notably as an Engineering Lead and Solution Architect. Mahesh holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Surathkal in India.
Jon Roberts

Jon leads ITN’s award-winning Technology division. He is responsible for leading the technical strategy for the company, including the management and development of broadcast and field operations, media and enterprise systems, technical support functions, capital project delivery and A.I.
Under his leadership the team has delivered a digital transformation at ITN, with a range of complex projects. These include transitioning to an IP structure at its HQ in Gray’s Inn Road, the implementation of a new News Production System, the build of the new ITV Newsroom, including their digital-first newsroom studio, Channel 4 News’ innovative remote studio and newsroom in Leeds, as well as full control room refreshes for ITV, Channel 5 and this year Channel 4.

Sandeep Tiku

Nicole Williams

Josh Stinehour

Josh Stinehour is a principal analyst with Devoncroft Partners, a provider of market research and strategic consulting services to a wide range of digital media clients and institutional investors. He is a frequent presenter at conferences and trade shows in the media technology sector.
Prior to joining Devoncroft, Mr. Stinehour was a managing director at Silverwood Partners in the firm’s Technology, Media and Telecommunications group. While at Silverwood, Mr. Stinehour executed a range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, valuations, and private placements.
Before joining Silverwood, Mr. Stinehour worked in various positions at EMC Corporation including as a software programmer and later as an analyst on integration teams for EMC’s acquisitions of Documentum, Legato, and VMWare.
Josh loves (and has an encyclopedic knowledge of) college football and NBA basketball (although he thinks college basketball is an inferior product). His hobbies include monetary policy, civic planning, and adventure travel.
He holds an MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College, an MS in computer science from Rochester Institute of Technology, and a BS in computer science from Union College. Mr. Stinehour is a CFA charterholder.
